1. Where are your beds made?
All AkmaBed products are handcrafted locally in Columbus, Ohio, using high-quality materials and premium upholstery fabrics.
2. Do you deliver outside Columbus?
Yes. We provide delivery throughout the entire state of Ohio. Delivery within Columbus is free, and delivery to other locations in Ohio is available for an additional fee based on distance.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the selected model and fabric availability. In-stock items can be delivered sooner.
4. Is a mattress included with the bed?
No. Our beds are sold as frames only. Mattresses are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
5. Do your beds require a box spring?
No. All AkmaBed frames are designed with a wooden slat support system, so a box spring is not required.
6. Can I choose a different fabric or color?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of upholstery fabrics and colors. You can browse available options in our Fabrics section or contact us for assistance.
7. Do you offer assembly services?
Yes. Assembly is available upon request at the time of delivery. Please contact us for details.
8. Can I pick up my order instead of getting delivery?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Columbus, Ohio by appointment.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options available through the Shopify Checkout system on our website.
Cash payment upon delivery within Ohio may be available by prior arrangement.
10. Is a deposit required for custom orders?
Yes. A partial prepayment may be required for custom-made beds. The deposit amount and payment terms are agreed upon individually when placing an order.
11. What if I have a problem with my order?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
