Return and Refund Policy – AkmaBed

Thank you for shopping with AkmaBed.

Because most of our bed frames are custom-made or built to order, we do not accept standard returns once production has started or after the product has been delivered and assembled.

Order Cancellation  
Orders may be canceled before production begins and will receive a full refund.  
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
To request assistance, please provide:  
• Photos of the issue  
• Description of the problem  
• Order number  

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders  
If we deliver an item that does not match your order, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Used Products  
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, assembled, or installed cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Custom Orders  
Custom sizes, fabrics, or personalized bed frames are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Business Transparency  
AkmaBed produces real, physical upholstered beds made to order in Columbus, Ohio.
