All orders are handled directly by AkmaBed. As a local business in Columbus, Ohio, I personally manage production, delivery, and customer service. We do not use third-party dropshipping services.

Delivery Area  
We currently deliver ONLY within the state of Ohio, United States.  
We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.

Free Delivery in Columbus  
We offer free delivery and professional assembly for all orders within Columbus, Ohio.

Delivery Outside Columbus  
Delivery is available within Ohio. Shipping costs are calculated based on distance and will be clearly confirmed before order processing.

Order Processing  
All orders are placed through our secure online checkout.  
In-stock beds are processed within 1–2 business days.  
Custom bed frames are made to order after purchase.

Delivery Timeframes  
All orders are delivered within 7–14 business days depending on product availability and customization.  
In-stock items may be delivered faster (2–3 business days), but standard delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days.

Delivery Process  
All deliveries are handled by the AkmaBed team.  
After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm delivery details and schedule.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.  
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation  
Orders may be canceled before production begins.  
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Business Transparency  
AkmaBed is a local furniture business based in Columbus, Ohio.  
All products are real, physical upholstered bed frames manufactured by our team.
